These terms apply to Online Ordering, the sign-in service at foodordering24.com, operated by Order Tiger Limited (“we”, “us”). By using it to sign in to a restaurant’s website, you agree to them.

What the service does

Online Ordering lets you sign in to restaurant ordering websites with your Google account. It confirms your identity with Google and returns you to the restaurant’s website, signed in. It does not take orders or payments.

Your orders are with the restaurant

When you order, you order from the restaurant, under the restaurant’s own terms and conditions shown on its website. Questions about menus, prices, payments, deliveries or refunds go to the restaurant.

Using the service

• Use only your own Google account, and keep it secure.
• Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, get around its security, or sign in as someone else.
• Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s own terms.

We may block access that breaks these terms or puts the service or its users at risk.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance or because of problems with Google. You can usually still sign in to the restaurant with your email address and password.

Liability

The service is provided free of charge to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by a restaurant or by Google. Your rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
